Pros and cons

Pros

  • Glossy inkjet photo paper is listed from $6.99, so a first test order stays small.
  • Orders above $39 ship free to any physical address in the contiguous United States.
  • Reward points are earned on every purchase and redeemed as discounts on later orders.
  • The company designs and produces inkjet and laser print media to a customer's own specification, so unusual sizes and colour variants are available.

Cons

  • Custom printing is not offered on the standard ranges, so a buyer who needs printed items carrying their own artwork has to go elsewhere.
  • Standard delivery runs 2 to 5 days and next-day delivery is not offered.
  • Free shipping above $39 covers the contiguous United States, leaving Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico outside it.

Who it suits

  • Small offices and home users printing photos, stickers and laminating pouches on inkjet and laser printers.
  • Repeat buyers who will earn reward points on orders and redeem them against a later one.
  • US buyers who can put a single order above $39 and have shipping covered.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Anyone who needs printed sheets with their own artwork; Koala Paper does not offer custom printing.
  • Buyers working to a next-day deadline, because standard delivery runs 2 to 5 days and next-day delivery is not offered.

Plans and prices

Koala Paper prices by product rather than by plan. Glossy inkjet photo paper is listed from $6.99, the figure shown when the photo paper collection is sorted by ascending price. Sticker, sublimation and thermal laminating media are listed as separate products, each carrying its own price that moves with sheet count, weight and finish, so the number that matters is the one printed on the grade you actually order. For a small buyer the deciding figure is $39. Orders above it ship free to any physical address in the contiguous United States, with Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico outside that cover. There is no promotional entry rate here that renews higher: a product carries a single published price, and glossy inkjet photo paper sits at $6.99 on a first order and on the next one, which keeps a restock budget predictable. Orders to Canada and Mexico sit outside the free shipping arrangement.

The company behind it

The company behind the store is Ewin International Corp, with its head office and its marketing and research work in Dublin, Ohio, in the United States. It describes itself as a specialist in digital printing media established in 2002, and the catalogue matches that description: photo, sticker and sublimation media sit beside ink, a thermal laminator, self-seal envelopes and sheet labels. Customer contact runs through email, so a question about an order, a paper grade or a delivery estimate goes in writing and waits on a reply. That suits a buyer who already knows the grade and size they want. If you are still weighing finishes, the detail sits on the product pages rather than with a sales team, so read those before placing a large order.

Frequently asked questions

What does Koala Paper sell?+

Koala Paper sells writing paper and desk accessories, and the shop menu runs wider than paper: photo paper, sticker paper, sublimation paper and ink, thermal laminating sheets with a laminator, self-seal mailing envelopes and sheet labels. That mix suits an office that prints, laminates and posts from one account rather than juggling separate suppliers.

What is the cheapest entry price?+

Glossy inkjet photo paper is listed from $6.99. That figure comes from the photo paper collection sorted by ascending price, so it marks the lowest advertised entry point rather than a mid-range number. Prices move with sheet count, weight and finish, and the same price applies when the grade is reordered.

How much is delivery and how fast does it arrive?+

Orders above $39 ship free to any physical address in the contiguous United States, and Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico sit outside that cover. Standard delivery runs 2 to 5 days. Next-day delivery is not offered, so plan a restock around the standard window rather than a same-week deadline.

Can I order outside the US?+

Koala Paper ships to the United States, Canada and Mexico. The free shipping cover applies to physical addresses in the contiguous United States, so Canada and Mexico orders carry their own postage. The company notes that orders shipped to Canada and Mexico may incur customs duties and taxes, which you settle on arrival.

Who is behind Koala Paper?+

The company behind the store is Ewin International Corp, whose head office, marketing and research work sits in Dublin, Ohio, in the United States. It describes itself as a specialist in digital printing media established in 2002, which lines up with a catalogue built around print media rather than general office stationery.

Can I get custom-printed or personalised media?+

Custom printing is not offered on Koala Paper's standard ranges, and what you buy is listed stock, with glossy inkjet photo paper from $6.99. The company does say it can design and produce inkjet and laser print media to a customer's own specification, including colour variants, so unusual sizes and finishes are worth raising by email before you order.

Is there a reward scheme?+

Koala Paper earns reward points on every purchase and redeems them for discounts on future orders, so the scheme covers whatever you buy rather than a single line. A first-time buyer earns on that one purchase, and points sit alongside free shipping above $39 on larger restocks.

Which printers do the papers suit?+

The photo and sticker lines are sold for inkjet printers, and the company's own production description covers inkjet and laser print media. Sublimation media, ink and a thermal laminator sit alongside them, so confirm whether your machine is inkjet, laser or thermal before you commit to a grade priced from $6.99.
