Pros and cons
JADENS
Pros
- Consumables start at €9.95, which keeps a scheduled reorder inexpensive
- Standard delivery runs 3 to 7 business days with no shipping charge, so a restock can be planned ahead
- Hardware carries 1 year of warranty cover, so an early fault is handled rather than billed
Cons
- No online designer sits in the ordering flow, so artwork has to be prepared in another tool before an order is placed
- Warranty cover of 1 year is brief for hardware expected to run for years on a packing bench
- The stated delivery window is 3 to 7 business days, which leaves little slack for a same-week restock
Shop der Deutschen Post
Pros
- Stamps, DHL parcel labels and office supplies.
- Forwarding and mail-storage services are also offered.

Questions about each
JADENS
How quickly does an order arrive?+
Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days and carries no charge. The window covers delivery rather than production, so an order placed after a despatch point effectively waits for the next run. A business despatching every day should order ahead of the cut-off instead of reading the figure as a same-week promise.
Which countries does JADENS ship to?+
Standard shipping carries no charge and covers the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada under the published terms, with delivery inside that window taking 3 to 7 business days. Any other destination is worth checking before payment, because the stated terms do not describe it. Companies shipping beyond those places should assume nothing the terms do not already promise.
Who is behind JADENS?+
The company was established in 2018 and is headquartered in the United States. The trading entity is Jadens (HK) Company Limited, which is the name to look for when checking who you are contracting with. Distribution and service centres are described across North America, Europe and Asia, so a reader can match the paperwork to the operation behind it.
What warranty comes with JADENS hardware?+
Hardware carries 1 year of warranty cover. That is the window in which a fault is handled under cover rather than as a paid repair, so it is worth weighing against the working life a bench expects from a machine. Anything falling outside that window becomes an out-of-pocket job for the owner.
